22nd Geneva Week

The 22nd Geneva Week for WTO Non-Resident Members and Observers will be held at the WTO from 2 to 6 May 2011. Geneva Week participants will meet with the WTO's Director General and the Chairpersons of the various negotiating groups to receive briefings on the latest developments of the Doha Development Agenda (DDA) in such key areas as agriculture, NAMA, services, development, trade and environment, intellectual property rights, rules, trade facilitation and WTO accessions. There will also be a briefing on the preparations for the Third Global Review of Aid for Trade. Participants will have the opportunity to attend the WTO General Council meeting on 3 May 2011 and to take part in a Workshop on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism organized by the WTO in collaboration with the Advisory Centre on WTO Law (ACWL) and the International Centre on Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD).
