Le Symposium de l'OMC sur la transparence des marchés publics a été organisé conformément à l'engagement, énoncé au paragraphe 26 de la Déclaration ministérielle de Doha, visant à fournir une assistance technique et un soutien pour le renforcement des capacités adéquats aux pays en développement.
