The Dispute Settlement System: What Reforms for 21st Century?

The speakers William Davey, University of Illinois College of Law and John Jackson, Georgetown University Law Center discuss potential improvements to the Dispute Settlement Understanding. Each speaker has two minutes to make their case, followed by three and a half minutes of exchange and a 30-second summing up. The moderator is WTO spokesperson Keith Rockwell.
