What has been the impact of telecoms liberalization?

Daniel Annerose, chief executive of Manobi, an African mobile data services company, and José Alfredo Rizek, executive director of Indotel, the Dominican Republic's telecoms regulator, take part in our debate celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Basic Telecommunications services deal. They discuss what has been the impact on governments, consumers and businesses, and what have been the implications for development. The moderator is WTO spokesperson Keith Rockwell.
