I want to express my wholehearted
appreciation to all our visitors at the Open Day, who spent part of
such a sunny Sunday with us. About 5,000 people came to visit the
building and its meeting rooms, to appreciate the artwork that our
staff and delegates have the privilege of seeing each day, to learn
about what we do, and even to take a peek inside my office! We were
very happy to answer your questions and to open our doors to the
Geneva community.
I'd also like to thank you for supporting the local charity Païdos by
buying lottery tickets and sampling the international buffet provided
by our members and staff. Together we raised CHF 17,279.
Our volunteers, our members, the whole staff and myself thank you for
making this day a big success. I hope to see you here next year!
