DS58:
United States — Import prohibition of certain shrimp and shrimp
products
At its meeting on 22 November, the DSB adopted the
Appellate Body's report which upholds the panel findings that the
measure applied by the United States is justified because it does not
constitute arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination as long as the
ongoing serious, good faith efforts to reach a multilateral agreement
for the protection and conservation of sea turtles remain satisfied.
DS132:
Mexico — Anti-dumping investigation of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
from the United States
The DSB adopted the Appellate Body's report which concluded that
Mexico's revised determination imposing definitive anti-dumping duties
on imports of HFCS from the United States is inconsistent with the
Anti-Dumping Agreement.
