At its meeting on 21 November 2003, the Dispute Settlement Body established a panel to examine Thailand's complaint against the European Communities' customs classification of boneless chicken cuts (WT/DS286/5). The parties also agreed that this complaint by Thailand be referred to the panel already established by the DSB on 7 November 2003 to examine Brazil's complaint against the EU regarding the same matter (WT/DS269/3). The following members reserved their third-party rights to cover both the disputes: Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Thailand, and the United States.
