On 8 April 2004, the Chairman of the Appellate Body sent a letter to
the DSB Chair setting out a number of possible amendments to the Working
Procedures for Appellate Review. The Appellate Body Chairman asked the DSB
Chair to seek comments on the proposals from the Members of the WTO by 1
June 2004.
The letter and the text of the proposed amendments were
circulated as WTO document
