As indicated in the operational details, registration of participants to the Symposium will be necessary in order to ensure smooth access to the building and to aid in the seating arrangements.

The e-mail address, ITASymposium@wto.org, has been established to aid in registration and correspondence. Thus, for persons interested in attending the Symposium, the following information is needed for registration purposes and should be sent to ITASymposium@wto.org:

Name, Title, Company/or Delegation, Country/ or Customs Territory, Contact Details.
  

Note:

Participants should be aware of the visas they require (including transit visas) and should make the necessary arrangements in their countries to obtain them for the outward and return travel between their countries and Switzerland. Please take note that the WTO Secretariat is not in a position to intervene in this matter.

Picture identification (ie. Passport) will be necessary to enter the WTO building.
