DSB establishes panel in salmon dispute
The Dispute Settlement Body, on 22 June 2006, established a panel to examine the EC's anti-dumping measure on farmed salmon from Norway (DS337).

A. Request for the establishment of a panel by Norway (WT/DS337/2)
The DSB considered Norway's first request for the establishment of a panel at its meeting on 9 June 2006 and agreed to revert to it.
At today's DSB meeting, Norway requested for the second time a panel to examine EC's anti-dumping measures on farmed salmon from Norway. It invited Members to refer to its statement made at the DSB meeting on 9 June 2006 and also the original request in document WT/DS337/2.
The DSB agreed to establish the panel.
Members who reserved their third-party rights were the Korea, Japan, Hong Kong China, Canada and the US.
