The second substantive meeting will start at 3 p.m. on 1 July, and will continue on 2 July, as necessary. The meetings will be held in English only.

Registration for public viewing of the meetings is required only for individuals who do not possess valid WTO badges. WTO delegates and Secretariat staff holding valid WTO badges do not need to register.

Applications will be accepted until Thursday, 25 June 2009. Those who have successfully registered will be informed by a confirmation email by 26 June 2009. They will need to present a valid identification document (passport, driver's licence) on-site to obtain a special event badge to access the viewing room. Please note that no audio/video recording or photography will be permitted in the viewing room. As a courtesy to other participants, mobile phones should be switched off during the public viewing.

The Panel reserves the right to call for a closed confidential session of any of the meetings, if necessary, in order to address issues related to any confidential information. The Panel also reserves the right to suspend the open hearings at any time, on its own initiative or at the request of either party, if there is any risk of breach of confidentiality or of disruption of the meetings. If the open hearings are suspended by the Panel for any reason, the Panel may decide to resume the meetings in a closed confidential session.

The WTO cannot offer any support, including financial, for accommodation, flight arrangements and visas.
