At the request of the parties in the dispute
“European Communities and its member States — Tariff Treatment of Certain
Information Technology Products” (DS375/376/377), the Panel has agreed that
part of its second meeting with the parties on 9 July 2009 should be open
for public viewing at the WTO Headquarters in Geneva. This public session is

viewing will take place via a real time closed-circuit television broadcast.
The public session of the second meeting of the Panel with the parties will
continue as necessary on Friday, 10 July 2009.
The number of places in the viewing room reserved for the public will be

only to the following address:
[email protected]. Applications will be accepted until 5 pm, Geneva
time, on 1 July 2009. Applicants will receive a confirmatory email by 7 July
