“Data Day” is an inter-agency initiative promoted by the International Trade Centre (ITC), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the World Bank and the WTO. It provides the opportunity to intensify cooperation, guard against duplication and work towards better services for data users.

The first day includes six panels covering various topics related to trade policy in: (i) services, (ii) tariffs and trade, (iii) non-tariff measures, (iv) agriculture-specific issues, v) trade facilitation, and (vi) use and misuse of indicators and models. The second day will provide more technical information on available tools (databases, indicators) maintained by agencies in order to respond to specific demands.
