The Repertory covers all Appellate Body rulings in WTO disputes since the WTO was established in 1995. This two-volume fifth edition contains extensive new material covering 14 Appellate Body reports and two arbitration awards issued from 2010 to 2013, including key rulings relating to aircraft subsidies and technical barriers to trade.

Originally developed as an internal research tool to assist the Appellate Body Secretariat in carrying out its duty to provide legal support to Appellate Body members, the Repertory has now become a practical tool for officials from WTO members, academics, students and private practitioners of international trade law and dispute settlement.
