WTO's contribution to attaining UN Sustainable Development Goals: 2023 update to the High-Level Political Forum

The WTO contributes regularly to the UN High-Level Political Forum (HLPF), providing annual reports on the WTO's contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 2023 report indicates how trade and the WTO are contributing to the attainment of SDG Goal 6 (“Clean water and sanitation”), Goal 7 (“Affordable and clean energy”), Goal 9 (“Industry, innovation and infrastructure”), Goal 11 (“Sustainable cities and communities”) and Goal 17 (“Partnerships for the goals”).
