1. Report by the Chairman of the Trade Negotiations Committee

This is a standing Item on the Agenda. The Director-General will report, in his capacity as Chairman of the TNC, on activities in this area since his last report in July.

2. Work Programme on Small Economies — Report by the Chairman of the Dedicated Session of the Committee on Trade and Development

Under this standing Item, the Chairman of the Dedicated Session of the CTD will report on the progress of work in the Work Programme on Small Economies.

3. Aid for Trade — Preparations for the Third Global Review — Statement by the Director-General

The Director-General will update the Council about the on-going preparations for the Third Global Review of Aid-for-Trade, which will take place in 2011.

4. Transparency for Preferential Trade Arrangements — Report by the Chairman of the Committee on Trade and Development

The Chairman of the Committee on Trade and Development will provide an update on the recent approval by the CTD of the proposal to establish a transparency mechanism for preferential trade arrangements.

5. Accession priorities for 2010 in respect of LDCs — Communication from Zambia on behalf of the LDC Group (WT/GC/128)

This item was included on the Agenda at the request of Zambia (on behalf of the LDC Group). The representative of Zambia will make a statement outlining the accession priorities for LDCs for 2010: Samoa, Vanuatu and Yemen.

6. WTO Pension Plan — Annual Report of the Management Board for 2009

The Chairman of the Management Board will introduce the Annual Report for 2009 in WT/L/802, which is submitted to the Council in accordance with Article 5(d) of the Regulations of the WTO Pension Plan.

7. Committee on Budget, Finance and Administration — Report on meeting of October 2010

The Chairman of the Budget Committee will introduce the Committee's report on its meeting in October (WT/BFA/118), and seek the Council's approval of the specific recommendations in paragraphs 19 and 21 of WT/BFA/118.
