 TRIPS: COUNCIL WORK
Work of the TRIPS Council

The Council for TRIPS is the body, open to all members of the WTO, that is responsible for adminstering the TRIPS Agreement, in particular monitoring the operation of the Agreement (Article 68). The current chairperson can be found here.

These are for negotiations on a multilateral system for notifying and registering geographical indications for wines and spirits, under the Doha Development Agenda.
