Schedule

Many types of discussions are taking place among trade ministers and senior negotiators meeting in Geneva from 21 July. The dates of meetings that have already been scheduled are outlined below.

From Monday 21 July (10.00): Informal Trade Negotiations Committee

Informal TNC meetings (comprising representatives of all WTO members) are likely to take place at the same time every day from 21 July. Coordinators have the opportunity to consult with their groups before 10am and during lunchtime.

Consultations between smaller groups, in particular Green Room meetings, usually start in the afternoon. The basis of the work in these Green Rooms is the texts prepared by chairs of the negotiating groups for agriculture and non-agricultural market access. However, ministers are free to discuss any other issues concerning the Doha Development Agenda.

Saturday 26 July (14.00): Meeting on services trade ("signalling" conference)

Monday 28 July (9.00): Informal Trade Negotiations Committee

Tuesday 29 July (16.00): Informal Trade Negotiations Committee

Wednesday 30 July (11.00): Formal Trade Negotiations Committee
