Complaint by the European Communities.
On 20 January 1998, the EC requested consultations with Canada in respect of Canada’s alleged measures affecting film distribution services, including the 1987 Policy Decision on film distribution and its application to European companies. The EC contended that these measures violate Articles II and III of GATS.
