Complaint by the European Union
On 28 March 2022, the European Union requested consultations with the United Kingdom with regard to regard to the inclusion of United Kingdom content in the context of the allocation of Contracts for Difference in low carbon energy generation.
The European Union claimed that the measures at issue appear to be inconsistent with Article III:4 of the GATT 1994.
