Mutually Agreed Solutions notified under Article 3.6 of the DSU

Complaint by Australia.

This request, dated 16 July 1997, raises the same issues in respect of India’s quantitative restrictions on imports of agricultural, textile and industrial products as in the request by the US in DS90. On 23 March 1998, the two parties notified a mutually agreed solution.
