I have the honour to inform you that the above-mentioned Procès-Verbal was accepted by the following Governments on the dates indicated:

In terms of its paragraph 2, the Procès-Verbal entered into force for Tunisia and Japan on 22 December 1987.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Procès-Verbal.
