AGREEMENT ON TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE

DONE AT GENEVA ON 12 APRIL 1979

I have the honour to inform you that on 9 February 1988 the Government of Mexico deposited with me an instrument of ratification relating to the above-mentioned Agreement, thereby recognizing as fully binding the signature affixed by its plenipotentiary on 24 July 1987 which was accompanied by a communication, reproduced in GLI/270 of 31 July 1987.

In terms of paragraph 6 of its Article 15 the Agreement will enter into force for Mexico on 10 March 1988.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 15 of the Agreement.
