Ambassador Louis Jaspers, Chairman of the Executive Committee established by the Belgian Government to prepare the facilities for the Brussels Ministerial meeting of the Trade Negotiations Committee, will be in Geneva on 9 May.

The Belgian Government will in due course be providing full written information for delegations regarding the conference facilities, hotel accommodation in Brussels, air transportation, etc. In addition, however, Ambassador Jaspers has agreed to make himself available to interested delegations during his visit. For this purpose, an informal meeting will be held at the Centre William Rappard (Room D) on 9 May at 15.00, at which Ambassador Jaspers will describe arrangements being made for the conference and will respond to questions from delegations.
