Subject: Uruguay Round Negotiating Group on MTN Agreements and

Arrangements: Meeting of the Informal Group on Anti-Dumping

As indicated in Let/1670 of 22 May 1990, the fourth informal meeting will be held from Monday, 18 June through Thursday, 21 June 1990 to complete the discussion on the structured agenda circulated on 19 January 1990.

The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held in the Centre William Rappard. Delegations should be prepared for evening discussions. The following items are proposed for discussion:

(b) Discussion on:

(i) recurrent injurious dumping;

(ii) repeat dumping;

(iii) anti-dumping action on behalf of third countries;

(iv) dispute settlement;

(v) treatment of least developed countries;

(vi) publication and examination of anti-dumping investigations

(examination of draft text prepared by the secretariat);

(vii) judicial review of anti-dumping determinations (examination

of draft text prepared by the secretariat);

(c) Objectives and principles of anti-dumping practices.

The fifth informal meeting will be held from Monday, 16 July through Thursday, 19 July to have an exchange of views on a comprehensive paper which will be circulated well in advance of the meeting.
