It is hereby certified that the minor amendment relating to Annex I to the Agreement on Government Procurement, which is attached hereto, has been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement on 11 September 1990 in document GPR/58 and no objections thereto having been made within in the prescribed time-limit, has become effective as of 11 October 1990.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.
