CONTRACTING PARTIES

Forty-Seventh Session

When the CONTRACTING PARTIES agreed that the Forty-Seventh Session would be held in the week of 2 December 1991, this was done "bearing in mind the possibility for the Chairman of the CONTRACTING PARTIES, in consultation with delegations, to fix the dates and the duration of the Session with greater precision in the course of 1991, and even to modify the dates if circumstances made this desirable." Having consulted with delegations in this regard, I wish to inform contracting parties that the Forty-Seventh Session of the CONTRACTING PARTIES will be held in the International Conference Centre, Geneva, on 3-5 December 1991.
