TO THE GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCES

ENTRY INTO FORCE

I have the honour to inform you that on 10 September 1991 I received from the Government of Guatemala an instrument of ratification of the above-mentioned Protocol, thereby recognizing as fully binding the signature affixed by its plenipotentiary on 16 April 1991.

In terms of its paragraph 6, the Protocol shall enter into force for Guatemala on 10 October 1991 and in terms of paragraph 1, Guatemala shall become a contracting party on that date.

I also have the honour to inform you that on 16 September 1991 the Protocol was accepted by the Government of Finland.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Protocol.
