Pursuant to the request of the Chairman of the Negotiating Group at its meeting on 31 October 1991, I wish to continue consultations on the outstanding matter in the draft text of the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (MTN.GNG/RM/W/7 of 31 October 1991).
