CERTIFICATION OF MODIFICATIONS

It is hereby certified that the modification relating to Annex 1 to the Agreement on Government Procurement, which is attached hereto, has been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement on 27 April 1992 and no objections thereto having been made within the prescribed time-limit, has become effective as of 26 June 1992 as indicated in document GPR/68.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.
