CERTIFICATION OF RECTIFICATIONS

It is hereby certified that the rectification relating to Annex I to the Agreement on Government Procurement, which is attached hereto, has been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement on 16 June 1992 in document GPR/W/115, in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement and no objections thereto having been made within the prescribed time-limit, has become effective as of 16 July 1992.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.

RECTIFICATIONS OF A PURELY FORMAL NATURE AND MINOR AMENDMENTS RELATING TO

ANNEX I TO THE AGREEMENT ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

Replace the "Statens Industriverk", SIND (National Industrial Board); "Styrelsen för teknisk utveckling", STU (National Board for Technical Development); and "Energiverket" (National Energy Administration); by "Närings-och Teknikutvecklingsverket", NUTEK (National Industrial Board).
