Notification of Withdrawal

I have the honour to inform you that in a communication received on 29 September 1992, the Indian Government informed me that it has decided to withdraw from the above-mentioned Protocol under the provisions of Article 17 thereof. In accordance with this Article the withdrawal will become effective from 29 March 1993.
