AGREEMENT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE VI OF

THE GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE

Notification

With reference to GLI/275 of 7 April 1992 concerning the acceptance by the Government of Colombia of the above-mentioned Agreement, I have the honour to inform you that I have received the following communication from the Government of Colombia:

"The Government of Colombia states that the notification of acceptance circulated by the Secretariat does not have any legal effect due to reasons of legal procedure. Nevertheless, the Government of Colombia intends to accept the Agreement and will notify the contracting parties and the Committee in this connection in due course."
