Subject: Request of Bahrain for membership in the MFA

Members of the Textiles Committee who received document COM.TEX/W/247 of 21 December 1992 are advised that a number of delegations have informed the Secretariat that they need more time to consider Bahrain's request for membership in the MFA.

Accordingly, the deadline set out in my memorandum attached to that document is extended until 26 February 1993.
