CERTIFICATION OF RECTIFICATION

It is hereby certified that the rectification relating to Annex I to the Agreement on Government Procurement, which is attached hereto, has been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement on 3 November 1992 in document GPR/W/120, in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement and no objections thereto having been made within the prescribed time-limit, has become effective as of 3 December 1992.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.
