Notification of Acceptance

I have the honour to inform you that on 29 January 1993 the above-mentioned Protocol was accepted by the Government of Finland, subject to ratification and, in accordance with its paragraph 3 it entered into force provisionally for Finland on 29 January 1993.

I also have the honour to inform you that the Protocol was accepted by the Government of Bangladesh on 1 February 1993 and, in accordance with its paragraph 3 entered into force for Bangladesh on the same date.
