Notification of Acceptance

I have the honour to inform you that the Government of Romania which provisionally applied the above-mentioned Protocol as from 16 February 1993 has communicated to me its final acceptance on 9 March 1993.

I also have the honour to inform you that the Protocol has been accepted by the following Governments and, in accordance with paragraph 3 thereof, entered into force for them on the dates indicated below:
