Notification of Acceptance

I have the honour to inform you that on 15 April 1993 the above-mentioned Agreement was accepted by the Governments of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. By a special decision of the Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT/35 of 23 April 1993 and Add.1) the Agreement came into force for the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on 1 May 1993.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 15 of the Agreement.
