Notification of Acceptance

I have the honour to inform you that on 24 May 1993, the Government of Finland deposited with me an instrument of ratification of the above-mentioned Protocol, thereby recognizing as fully binding the signature affixed by its plenipotentiary on 29 January 1993.

I also have the honour to inform you that the Protocol was accepted by the Government of Hungary on 26 May 1993 and, in accordance with its paragraph 3, entered into force for Hungary on 26 May 1993.
