NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL

I have the honour to inform you that on 30 December 1994 I received from the Government of the United States a notification that the United States has decided to withdraw from the above-mentioned Agreement.

In accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 5, the withdrawal shall become effective on 28 February 1995.

This notification is being furnished in accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 5 of the Agreement.
