The following communication dated 18 October 1995 has been received from the Vice-Minister of Finance and National Economy of Saudi Arabia.

Please find attached herewith the replies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Consolidated List of Questions on Saudi Arabia's Memorandum on the Foreign Trade Régime for circulation to the Working Party on Saudi Arabia's accession to the GATT.
Saudi Arabia will declare its intention to apply for WTO membership in the forthcoming meeting of the Working Party.
