Listed hereunder are reports under Article 2:16 of the Tokyo Round Agreement and Article 25.11 of the Uruguay Round Agreement received in August and September 1995. These reports have been received from Canada and the United States and are available in the WTO Secretariat for inspection by government representatives.

Members will recall that the WTO Committee on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures decided that all preliminary and final actions taken after the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement would be notified to the Committee. The Member would indicate in its notification whether in its view the action related to an investigation or review to which the provisions of the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, or the Tokyo Round Agreement on Interpretation and Application of Articles VI, XVI and XXIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, or Article VI of the GATT 1947 applied.
