Given the participants' request to protect certain sensitive business information, public observation will be limited to the opening statements and will take place via delayed broadcast. The broadcast of the opening statements will take place on Tuesday, 23 August at 10 a.m. Public observation of the closing statements may be authorized subject to the limitations posed by the participants' request to protect sensitive business information. Further information on whether the closing statements will be broadcast and, if so, the date and location, will be announced in due course.
In the light of limited seating capacity, the places reserved for the public will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of a completed registration form. Completed forms should be sent by e-mail only to the following address: boeingabhearing@wto.org. Applications should be sent by 5 p.m., Geneva time, on Wednesday, 17 August. Those attending will need to present an official photo ID to access the viewing room. Please note that no audio/video recording will be permitted. Portable phones will need to be switched off throughout the broadcast. Security checks may delay access to the viewing room.
The WTO is unable to offer any support, including financial, for accommodation, flight arrangements or visas.
Only those with pre-allocated seats will be admitted.
