DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

At the request of the parties in the dispute US — COOL (Article 21.5), the Panel has agreed to start its meeting with the parties at 10.00 am on Tuesday, 18 February 2014 with a session open to public viewing at the WTO Headquarters in Geneva. It will continue on Wednesday, 19 February 2014.

The Panel will also open to public viewing a portion of its third parties session on Wednesday, 19 February 2014.

Public viewing of both sessions will take place via a closed-circuit television broadcast.

The number of places in the viewing room reserved for the public will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis upon receipt of a completed registration form. Completed forms should be sent by e-mail only to the following address: [email protected]. Applications will be accepted until 5.00 pm, Geneva time, on Friday, 7 February 2014.

Members of the public whose registration has been confirmed will need to present a valid official photo identification on-site to access the meeting room. They are requested to arrive in good time, as security checks may delay access to the viewing room. Please note that the names of those who have registered will be communicated to the parties and third parties in this dispute.

Please note that any form of recording or filming is prohibited.
