Sessions at the Public Forum are organized by the participants. Those wishing to organize an event are asked to complete an application form available on the Public Forum website: www.wto.org/pf16. The WTO will make a final selection from these proposals and allocate the sessions.

The annual Public Forum is the WTO’s flagship outreach event. It provides a unique platform for heads of state, businesspeople, academics and non-governmental organisations to come together and discuss some of the major trade and development issues of the day. Over 1,500 participants attend the Forum each year.

This year’s event is particularly special as we are marking the 15th anniversary of the Public Forum.
