WTO Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said she was “impressed by the level and seriousness of Members' engagement and the substantive exchanges.” While there were difficult issues to address along the way, the dialogue had been important to move along the path to WTO Reform — not as an end in itself, but as a means to helping trade and the WTO deliver for members.
