The 32nd Geneva Week for WTO Non-Resident Members and Observers will be held at the WTO from 20 to 24 June 2016. Participants will be briefed on the outcomes of the Nairobi Ministerial Conference and way forward on several of the issues being discussed in the WTO. This will include presentations on agriculture, development, services, LDC issues, the Small Economies Work Programme, TRIPS, and the Rules Negotiations including fisheries subsidies and RTAs. Participants will have an opportunity to interact with the Director‑General as well as with the General Council Chairman. Other briefings during the week will focus, inter alia, on recent developments on TBT jurisprudence, SME competitiveness, E-Commerce, Trade Finance and the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. A special round table discussion on a "Possible, Forward- Looking Agenda to Strengthen the Multilateral Trade System" is being organized for during the Week. Participants will also benefit from a workshop on "Enhancing Participation of MSMEs in International Trade" and attendance at selected sessions of the 5th Meeting of Trade Ministers of Landlocked Developing Countries.
