5-9 March - Doha, Qatar
The WTO will participate actively in the Fifth UN Conference on LDCs (LDC5) in Doha to explore how least-developed countries (LDCs) can benefit from emerging opportunities and realize their full trade potential. Trade is a key pillar of the Doha Programme of Action for LDCs for the Decade 2022-2031. Over many years, WTO members have been supporting LDCs' integration into global trade through market access opportunities, flexibilities in implementing WTO agreements and technical assistance. LDC5 provides the opportunity to examine how global trade is evolving and the particular challenges facing LDCs.
