Consultations
Complaint by Ukraine
On 18 September 2023, Ukraine requested consultations with Poland with respect to measures imposed by Poland concerning the importation of various agricultural products from Ukraine.
Ukraine claimed that the measures imposed by Poland appear to be inconsistent with:
- Articles V:2, X:1, and XI:1 of the GATT 1994; and
- Articles 4.2 and 5 of the Agreement on Agriculture.
