Consultations
Complaint by Ukraine
On 18 September 2023, Ukraine requested consultations with the Slovak Republic with respect to measures imposed by the Slovak Republic concerning the importation of various agricultural goods from Ukraine.
Ukraine claimed that the measures imposed by the Slovak Republic appear to be inconsistent with:
- Articles V:2, X:1, and XI:1 of the GATT 1994; and
- Articles 4.2 and 5 of the Agreement on Agriculture.
